"We had a perfect stay at Juan’s fantastic apartment in June. Juan is a warm and generous host and his home is beautiful. (He lives downstairs and the entrance to the apartment is totally private.) It has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a shady terrace with disco balls on the roof! We felt totally at home. It’s less than 10 minutes to the heart of the centre of Murcia. "Nous avons été déçu car beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas. Les volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas donc restent ouverts et il n'y a pas de rideau occultant pour combler ce manque. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas (5 jours sur 13 nuits passées) et la télé fonctionne avec le wifi donc pas de wifi = pas de télé. L'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas donc même s'il faisait chaud, dur de se laver à l'eau froide et de faire la vaisselle. Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait à notre arrivée. je pense...

"Vraiment très bien à tous points de vue . La situation est parfaite, à quelques minutes de tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Murcia. Le parking est un vrai plus. PS : nous avons laissé une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo pour les vacanciers suivants. Cela nous a manqué à l’arrivée (un dimanche avec les commerces fermés)."

"During 40+ C a cool inside, Great airco, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, good equiped kitchen (large refrigerator). Swimming pool, clean and large, pool loungers and shading available at several places. There are some nice cats around the house who are almost al shy. The owner was extremely nice and helpful about restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had an extremely relaxing vacation and would like to repeat this experience."
