“We enjoyed the stay. Dog friendly?? Had to walk him up to the dock to grass area because it was just deck around the boat house. He people were very friendly there. The carpet and kitchen floor needed replacing. The house was well stocked with everything. Did enjoy watching the wild animals.”

“With a family, it is always convenient to have multiple bathrooms. The bedrooms are big. Master bedroom has a king size bed. All beds were very comfortable. Will definitely come back. Host is very understanding! Kitchen was stocked with all necessary pots, pans, cutlery, cups, mugs. A good residential neighborhood. Quiet & close to wherever we went. The dining area, living area are all very comfortable. Thank you Bao!”

The house is very close to restaurants and retail, but far enough that it is quiet. Our weather was lovely so the only bummer is that there isn't really anywhere to enjoy outside the property. A very minor detail. Would stay again without hesitation.”

“Good location, room size good, good amount of kitchen supplies. No bathroom on bottom floor, two sets of stairs, 3 bedrooms on top floor, very small grass area for dogs. Our family did have some cleanliness issues and some routine maintenance that needed to be done to the home and grounds. I clean professionally so felt these things should be addressed with cleaning and maintenance staff.”

“The architecture is breathtaking. It was hard to leave this oasis and go do things in Portland. The studio apartment is so cozy quiet. I couldn’t wait to get back to the deck.”

“Rentals in Sellwood are hard to come by and hotels close by are non-existant. Was several blocks away from our family's home so this worked out great . Sellwood is a cool , special place and this property puts you right in the middle of all . Clean , easy access , cozy , comfortable beds best describe this oasis . Thanks”

“The apartment was in the basement of the home. It was clean and well appointed. My only issue is my wife and I are tall...6'3 and 5'10. A shorter person would not have to dodge the support beams...LOL! Other than that and not seeing the cats it was a very comfortable stay.”

“Two senior citizens plus adult daughter. Wi-Fi was sufficient for virtual work, kuerig coffee maker and ice water dispenser in the fridge, lovely walk-in shower. Host and his BIL cheerfully helped us when we locked our key in the car along with my road service info. Heads up that the entry is onto a stairway, but stairs are wide and railing is good. Huge TV that allowed us to log into our streaming services. Stone floors, coffee table, etc. maybe not the best for toddlers, but it all was perfect……

“We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.”
