“I truly love the staff , front desk ladies and Briar and Cheeky the night guy , only thing with Cheeky is he be shutting the air-conditioning off 😂 it's hot as hell in that loby , housekeepers are awesome management is great also. I will definitely come back to this hotel”

“We called about parking with a boat, was told not a problem. We had to disconnect from the boat, no true boat parking. My daughter brought her boat. The girl at the desk didn’t understand what I was saying. Only large parking was used by cars no true room for bringing a boat”

“Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel room. Fridge , microwave sink, Hot plate , basic dishes and pots. Iron and sm board. Lg shower love seat desk and tv. Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away.”

“The Acorn cottage is a cute (very small) space that has everything one or two people would need for a short getaway. It’s clean and comfortable and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a nice place to sit and relax. It’s close to great food and fun in Tarpon Springs and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The only downside is that it’s located next to city hall and there is currently construction going on at city hall so it’s noisy on weekdays, but that’s not a problem if you don’t……

“Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown……

“The only complaint we have is that there were cracked plastic glasses In the cabinet and we could not use them.I would replace all the plastic glasses they’re old and need to go! Plus 1 more toilet paper would have been nice,my husband did go to the office for it! I think there always s/be 2.”

“This was our second stay at this home. It is conveniently located, clean, and well stocked. The first time we stayed we were a little concerned with the neighborhood, but it was not an issue at all. We'll be back!”

“The pictures and online descriptions are accurate. This unit is immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern decor. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable as well as the other furniture pieces. The kitchen is well stocked, and full of extra special touches that we really appreciated like a few water bottles, a small snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, and a variety of teas. The owners go above and beyond to asure your stay is a great one! We plan to return in the future.”

“We had a fun time staying on a houseboat. It is a bit like camping in a RV. The boat is older and could use some TLC but I understand why that probably isn’t going to happen. We did have a good time and added a new experience.”

“Place has had upgrades that we're not mentioned or pictured. Wish they still had sleep sofa in TV area. There were More beds. No more air mattress, now a trundle. There is an issue with water. I think it needs a filter. Used all bottled water except coffee and was ill for a few days because of that. Wonderful area, great people. Home was much, much quieter! Again, Great area.”
