Reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble including arranging a last minute early check in, offering basic toiletries after our luggage was delayed at the airport and extra blankets on request. Easy access to train station and to central Amsterdam. Would highly recommend. "

"Our stay was good, the room was nice and spacious, the hotel has wellness space with sauna/steam room. Often quiet in the mornings. Its the first hotel to my surprise.. where the robe and slippers were not already in the room and required a deposit, not ideal when you’ve landed from a flight and want to immediately reset. We had to call the reception on a number of occasions to have our room made which often was not done upon our return from the day out or not to a good standard. We had breakfast at the hotel on one occasion, and personally there was not many options, for that price you can find a very nice cafe nearby."
