「Beautiful apartment with great location and view」

「Great location in the Piazza di Santa Croce. Nice view from living room. Very walkable to many things in Florence. We were met for Check in which went smooth. Well appointed room with most the amenities you need. Could use some glasses and paper towel in the kitchen. 2 Bathrooms were good and had a 3rd bonus toilet in hall. 「Our stay was very pleasant. Location is great right in the center of city and footsteps from Ponte Vecchio. It would be great if there was an elevator to the second floor where apartment is located. Downstairs we got cappuccino and croissant and that was super convenient. Enjoyed the extra space of an apartment. I do recommend especially if you want convenience.」

Only complaint I have is the light switches were very confusing. I wish they would have labels on the lights so we know how to turn off the hallway. Very small issue.
