“Good service and great hotel ”

“The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. ”

“The stay experience is unremarkable as once we arrived have a friendly and warm welcome from the hotel staff. They are very friendly to purchase the mobile sim card from the vending machine that provide us convenience during our stay. There are well display and various of buffet item during our stay.”

El personal nos resultó muy agradable y con un trato excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. El conductor que nos trasladó al hotel desde el aeropuerto y nos llevó a la vuelta, David, muy amable en el trato también y dispuesto a llevarnos a visitar los alrededores. El desayuno excelente y la ubicación inmejorable. Lo único negativo es que se oye música de fondo……

“Lovely hotel, we really liked our stay. Staff is friendly and responsive. I would only say that storage of clothes was a bit problematic, but I must say we had a lot with us. Have very good memories about this place. Breakfasts were super tasty. Great job TUTA! ”

“The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. ”
