「I checked into room 115 at 11:15 p after a long day of driving. Entering the room, I noticed a musty smell and a kennel smell. I assume that this room is a pet-friendly room due to the smell and its location on the first floor. I have stayed at this hotel with my dog in the past. I figured that I coud deal with the smell for one night, and because it was so late, I did not make a "stink" about it. I took a shower and prepared for bed. 「No hair dryer. No iron. No facial tissues. Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall. Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty. Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it. Faucet in sink moved around. Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach. We did not eat the breakfast.」

「Had lots of issues, including having our air conditioner break and getting relocated to a another room. The next room had a tiny TV with no way to stream shows. Staff could not help us find a room with a smart TV. They offered us 15% off our room which we did not receive. Checked out after a only a few hours and went home. Terrible experience.」

「Room was decent size, offered a mini fridge and freezer as well as microwave. Beds were very uncomfortable for couples, when one moves the entire bed moves. So needless to say we didn't sleep well.
