「They don't accept your debit cards as payment for the crazy $200 incidental fee after they already charged my card stating they didn't know how it went thru. Much better places to stay in rapid 」

「Great family hotel if you have kids. Rooms are basic and breakfast was OK but nothing great. BUT our kids loved the waterpark and it was so convenient that it was attached to our hotel. We alao ordered pizza and wings after or waterpark day to our room and that was GREAT FOOD! 」

「As expected - no complaints except for the day staff. I arrived early so thought I would check if room available. It was not - no complaints, wasn't promised BUT... I was told to check in a 1/2 hour. Came back in an hour - Nah - see this is where I get miffed. If it isn't going to be ready - fine - but don't tell me to come back and when I do so in more than enough time give me a look like duh ... who are you, oh, I don't think its ready yet.」
