I stayed at the Hotel La Toscana for four nights during a recent visit to Europa-Park. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the main Ringsheim railway station from where you can get the shuttle bus to Europa-Park. The staff members on reception and in the restaurant were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. English is widely spoken and breakfast includes everything that you could need to start your day well, so do not let this be a worry. I rate this hotel very highly and would certainly recommend and I will defiantly be staying here again on my next visit to Europa-Park

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch alles was das Herz begehrt. Ebenso ideal war die Nähe zum Europapark, ich werde mir das Hotel gut merken, es hat uns sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank :)

Sauberes schönes Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Familienzimmer (Doppelbett+Etagenbett) ist für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu klein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut. Genügend Parkplätze. Es wird mittags und abends ein All-Inklusive Buffet inkl. Getränke (auch alkoholhaltige Getränke) angeboten. Als Hotelgast ist das Buffet 2 Euro günstiger.

Hôtel très bien situé, confortable et récent. Les plus : petit déjeuner gargantuesque, confort salle de bains, accueil, proximité du parc (7 minutes en voiture). Les moins : matelas très mou, qualité des boissons du petit déjeuner, hôtel dans une zone artisanale.

Was uns gleich aufgefallen ist, ist der tolle Anstrich des Hotels und die unfassbare Freundlichkeit sowie die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls toll, und die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und der Speisesaal ist geschmackvoll sowie mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der wirklich einzige Minuspunkt ist der Aufzug, der komische Geräusche macht. Der Bildschirm im Aufzug funktioniert nicht richtig, die Knöpfe leuchten nicht und sind seltsam angeordnet bzw. nicht richtig beschriftet. Ehrlicherweise haben wir uns in dem Aufzug nicht wohlgefühlt. Zunächst dachten wir, dass wir vielleicht übertreiben, aber er blieb uns tatsächlich in negativer Erinnerung. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit superlieben Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. ❤️
