“The property was everything as described, it was a BEAUTIFUL place, comfortable beds, proximity to Steamboat Springs, fishing close by, it was a great place.this is trivial but I believe will help future guests---it was very late when we arrived for our stay and the property was not lit up. I was afraid to walk up on a dark property and enter the code on the front door hoping I was at the correct property, fortunately I was. Another suggestion is that you advertise a fire pit and it would be so……

“We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. It was great to be so close to where the party was held verses having to drive to town or the next town to a hotel. The owners were great about all communication and very……
