“Had a wonderful 5 day stay at this property. Was a good jumping off point for area hiking, breweries, and air museums in both Phoenix area and Tucson area. All amenities were as advertised and appreciated. Apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and it included all amenities necessary for a short or longer stay. Lots of thought was put into what visitors need at this location and it showed. Would highly recommend for any solo or couple travelers looking for comfortable and relaxing……

“Casita was clean, very modern. Bathroom had a beautiful shower unfortunately there was no water pressure. There was only one Kleenex in the box and only one wash cloth for the two of use for three days. There was only one comfy chair besides 2 small chairs and a table, being a couple 2 comfy chairs would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day. You will have no ice because the freezer was so small, small ice cube trays would have been a nice thought. No iron in room but host did……

“Our issue was mainly with the VRBO app. The app never showed us having the place booked. Because of that, we were unable to communicate with the property manager. As we were going to meet our family there, we had to change plans and arrange a rendezvous place and then proceed to the location. The home itself was nice, peaceful, quiet with great views.”

“The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.”
