“We spent two wonderful weeks in this holiday home in July 2024. It is located quite far up in the mountains, but there are a few direct neighbors. The next town with a small supermarket and bar (Castel Rigone, very charming) is a 12-minute drive away. There is also a nice outdoor swimming pool nearby. “My husband and I are visiting Italy to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. One of the places we always wanted to visit was Assisi. Being in our flat was like going back in time. The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! “We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. “Huset er meget smukt og stort med plads til mange. Vi var 16. Det er smukt indrettet og der er aircondition i alle rum. Der er 4 køleskabe med frys. Udsigten fra terassen var fantastisk og poolen kæmpestor. Pool området var hyggeligt og her har vi nydt mange Timer. Franca vores vært er utroligt serviceminded og løser alle problemer der opstår med det samme! Hun svarer via Whats app med det samme når man skriver til hende!
