"I loved the character of the place. Very easy to get everywhere on my scooter. Staff was very patient answering ALL of my questions for my first time staying there. And I got a picture with Woody Woodpecker!!! I'll be back for sure."

"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I’m a very recent traveler, my check in night was a bit chaotic and very crowded! The staff maintained composure with a smile and kept the check in lines moving forward. I also had an issue with a breakfast order, it was resolved very quickly and respectfully. Shuttle service was excellent!"

"The activities were pretty much closed on Sunday so we didn’t get to really enjoy it. The staff was called multiple times to my room even when I extended my day and they would not even come. I’ve definitely had a better time at this hotel two years ago, but this wasn’t the experience that I needed for the money that I paid."
