“The manager Emilio was an amzing guy very friendly and wanting to help. The location is wonderful!The house is great, but it needs an update, the bathroom is bad. The house is back to basic, which is fine. But we hoped for a hammock or some lounging chairs outside and we thought the house was frontline, but it was the second house.”

House is on top of a steep hill from the beach with multiple other houses between it and the beach. Some key pictures in the listing are outdated; for example, the listing picture of an ocean view from the first floor no longer applies as it appears to have been taken over 10 years ago before tree growth blocked the view. The home is advertised as inside Rancho Santana; however, what is not……

“We were a party of nine. Two families with kids ages 22, 17, 17, 15 and 13. This house exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and the open air main floor was fantastic. I don’t think the pictures do it justice.. Access to the beach is terrific. You do have to walk a couple flights of stairs which was fine with us. The views are spectacular. The caretakers on site, Keyling and Meynor, were very helpful and will prepare meals for you if requested which is a nice option to have while on……
