「The listing is accurate, and the home is really quite nice. There was a little private dip pool at the house which was a nice surprise.The community of Pelican Eyes was once a great community -- and then the management went bankrupt, so parts of it feel abandoned (the restaurants are closed, paths are unpaved, etc.) That said, there seems to be new management investing back in the community such that in a year or two, I'd expect it to be back in action (they've already beautifully redone two...
