We had an issue when booking with VRBO, which was not a host problem at all but when going to the host with questions was very delayed on response and in some instances the host didn’t respond at all. I had to personally request the check in information at the check in time if 4pm because it had not been provided. The house was not equipped with any pans, only had two pots and 2 forks. It could use some improvements there. The unit was……

They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money.
You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!!

“I wasn’t aware before booking that we would have to pay extra for parking. So just be aware of that. The view is amazing from this property and the room is nicely laid out and the tv is huge! My biggest complaint is the air conditioning seems to be faulty throughout the entire building, but especially in this room. There are two wall units both look like they are over 40 years old, one doesn’t work at all, and the other barely blows cool air. So not great for summer months in Georgia… it was……
