“The hotel itself was very clean inside and decent. The problems really started with the outside there were broken glass beer bottles surrounding the property on their sidewalks outside of their pool area. The person who checked me in was great. One of the main issues was a constant banging from the floor above me and I do not believe it was another guest but something related to the elevator system or anything else with the property but it made it so bad that you couldn't sleep. Never had this……

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”

“Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs”

“this hampton on bass pro dr in fort smith was amazing in every aspect! Staff was soo friendly, clean, fresh & new inside and out providing "i care" & the area felt safe. the rate for staying here is also superb & several eating places within walking distance just sealed the deal! ”

“Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom.”

“First morning breakfast was cold. The second morning breakfast was warm. The room was clean and smelt fresh. The internet was slow. The tv fizzed in and out. Phone buffered a lot more than usual. Other than that was a good experience. ”
