"It was a little cold"

"One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay full price!! Horrible stay. "

"We stayed there last year as well. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast to start our day."

"First morning breakfast was cold. The second morning breakfast was warm. The room was clean and smelt fresh. The internet was slow. The tv fizzed in and out. Phone buffered a lot more than usual. Other than that was a good experience. "

"Room was kind of dingy but mostly clean, super sketchy area, someone drugged out was outside hollering all night. You can hear every single car that drives by. Other than that, good location and you get what you pay for."
