“The property is stylish and the location is fantastic, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was dismissive and rude. She told us where to park but never explained how to pay the $15/day fee. That evening we found a citation on our car. We later learned it was only a warning, but this could have been avoided with basic instructions. We also weren’t told that housekeeping only comes by request. Our room did not appear thoroughly cleaned,……

“員工很親切的接待 也非常願意幫忙 房間是很乾淨 不方便的是沒有提供停車位 不好的經驗是隔天並沒有來整理房間 通知之後過了三個小時仍然沒有整理房間 最後是換了房間 有一些不便”

“The rooms. The view and the staff is so so nice!!”

“Nice, modern hotel in prime location. I liked the layout of the room. I would stay here again.”

“The hotel was fine and in a good location (along the river walk) in downtown Wilmington. The free airport shuttle service was handy and prompt (10-15 minutes from airport. Staff was friendly and competent. The most negative comment I have is the room amenities. Weirdly, there was not enough drawer space for clothing. And only 4 hangers in the closet. The room should be supplied with a folding luggage rack.”

“Great location, friendly staff, and very peaceful!”

“Parking wasn’t free, I had to pay 30.00 a day to park! I parked on the gravel it was tough getting my luggage through the gravels. No elevators.”

We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found……

“Our stay was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.”

“Bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Hair in sink and on floor. Room wasn’t damp and smelled of mold. Wall unit made smell even worse when turned on. Checked out after one day and requested refund. Was still charged full price and fee making it more expensive than a nice hotel. It says Wrightsville Beach but it is on Market street. This place is dirty, moldy and outdated. Do your self a favor and do not stay here!!”
