“The front desk staff and the restaurant staff, at The House, were wonderful! Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. There was a bit of wait for our key from valet after it was parked out front. However, that minor delay did not dampen the excellent experience we had during our one night stay.”

“Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum……

“Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap. ”

“The toilet chain was broken so we spent 2 days manually putting our hand in the tank to flush the toilet. Reported the problem upon check-in but was never fixed.”

“Room wasn't cleaned when I arrived after a very long travel day and switched to another room where the AC WORKED partially. The room was not cleaned very well. This hotel defiantly needs to be remodeled and that carpet needs to be removed it was disgusting. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff were nice. I will not stay at this property again when I visit Montgomery.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel in error., Once I realized this when checking in, After checking in we get on the elevator and it was really hot and smelly like someone tried to clean up throw up. My daughter’s room smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, and was totally disgusting. Me and my wife room was the same and when we went to go take a shower, the water would not drain and your feet are stuck soaking in backup water that would not……

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“Cleaned and decent room. Didn’t like the area near by seems sketchy and scary specially for a female solo traveler. Staff were friendly and nice. I would booked it again for a budget stay/good deal.”

“I pulled into the parking lot and instantly left there was no way I was staying there especially by myself ! Was not happy at all .”

“The beds are like cots in a prison which is ridiculous they need to do better very uncomfortable I’ve seen bigger beds that are comfortable will not stay there ever again”

“The property is very close to the interstate. The refrigerator is much bigger than your typical motel has. The room appeared clean but had a musty odor. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where the door handle had hit it a lot. The tv had no remote. The staff brought a couple to the room but were not the correct ones. I wasn’t watching much tv so I worked around it. The staff was friendly but didn’t always understand what I was telling them or asking about.”
