「沙滩温泉很漂亮，很舒适。遗憾的是冲凉下水道不顺畅。里面只有一张被子。」

「It wasn’t what i paid for. My room wasn’t have a pool view and they switch a room next day and it wasn’t ready for me. Beds messed up, trash on bathroom and dirty towels on tub .」

「The smell of disinfectant is too strong，Air conditioning leaks」

「I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.」

「We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend stay, Nel at the front desk was amazing very friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Best part was we were right on the Beach. We will be back again this time in a bigger room thanks Nel!」

「I paid for ocean view , received Partial Ocean/City view. I complained about the A/C making noise , they just ignored me. Main lobby was hot, at the bar they only had one lady serving everyone. The wait and drinks were horrible. Will not stay at this hotel.」

「Staff not friendly, disappeared behind the counter when I approached. Near airport & train station, so noisy location. They were renovating the room above from very early morning, which they didn't advise us! When we complained they just were not bothered & just shrugged their shoulders. We should of been advised of this or at least offered another room. We are staying in the area but moved to a different hotel because of all the issues.」

「The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.」

「A terrible experience; check-in was delayed by an hour, and although they offered to make up for the lost time at check-out, they later reneged on that agreement. Reception never resolved anything, blaming their housekeeper for their delay upon arrival nor the failure to honor the agreement at departure. We will never return.」

「Appliances and restroom need to be replaced and refurbished. In a room for two people there was only one fork, no sharp knife and no napkins or paper towels. Requested higher floor and was put on first floor.」

「Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately.」

「Loved this hotel as it felt like old beachy Florida, but it would’ve been nice to be able to travel solo as a single woman without the staff of a hotel shooting their shot with me.」

「What a run down motel. You get what you pay for. We were just trying to stay close to Rockville event. We saw drug deals and prostitution at back of property and all along the street beside the motel」
