I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, the toilet in my room was clogged and would not flush, creating an unsanitary and distressing situation. In addition, there was no hot water available, which made basic hygiene impossible.
I immediately notified the hotel staff. Unfortunately, no corrective action was taken. The issue was neither resolved nor was an alternative room offered. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, the staff did nothing to address the situation, leaving us without proper facilities for the duration of the problem.
These conditions fall far below reasonable hospitality standards. A functioning toilet and hot water are basic, non-negotiable necessities for any hotel stay. The lack of response from staff compounded the issue and demonstrated poor customer service and disregard for guest well-being.
I am requesting a formal explanation, as well as appropriate compensation or refund for the inconvenience and distress caused by this experience.
