“Politan row was an unexpected delight. Serena restaurant was decadent. Botanical gardens were so close. It was a convenient location and beautiful hotel. ”

“We stayed here for a staycation. It started off unpleasant due to an issue with our room. We contacted the desk about changing rooms and Dara at the front desk immediately accommodated us and changed our rooms to a much nicer one. It made our stay more enjoyable for sure! The only other thing that wasn’t the best was the parking situation with the charge and the lot across the street for self park charged based off of how long you are in the lot for with each exit/entry. And I called customer……

“The room is comfortable and the beds too. It’s quite near to the Aquarium, Coca Cola and to the olympic Park. I enjoyed the visit. Parking is not included and I think it‘s to expensive. The Hotel is really good, but if I think about the price it has to be very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.”

“Front desk was pleasant but there were some issues in the room. The pillows are the size of throw cushions. Stains on the sheets and a dirty bath mat. ”

“Great hotel. Excellent staff. The only negative about my stay is that the system was down, or out, which prevented the hotel staff from being able to activate key cards to the rooms. Each time you needed to get to your room, someone from the front desk had to take you there. At times, the front desk was busy so there was a wait, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.”
