“This was the most accurate listing I have experienced on VRBO. The location was incredibly convenient (12 minutes to Power&Light, 25 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to Arrowhead and 5 minutes to Legends). The house is well designed with a big patio and a large deck. More than enough games to keep everyone entertained and "The Dude" was all over the house. ("The Dude" goes with a cool charades game but also is great for getting people to jump when they go around a corner or open a door).……

“The home was very inviting from the moment we walked in. We loved all of the small ammenities like qtips! The s'more kit for the fire pit was an amazing touch! The home was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and with 5 minutes of shopping and food. We highly recommend staying here!”

“We came to Kansas City to see our family. It’s our half way point meet up. We checked in on a Tuesday and left Thursday morning. My mom and dad who are in there 80’s. My two kiddos. 19 and 10 and myself. The beds were easy to sleep in for us. The living room was a nice place to meet up and visit. We spent a lot of time at the dining table playing games. “We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.”

The main areas of the house had more than enough room for all of us to gather and catch up. There are many, many bedrooms that were found in all parts of the house that worked well for our group. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids.
