“Check-in was fairly smooth. The room was as advertised. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Comparative to other places we’ve stayed the cleanliness was just ok, it was not the best I’ve ever seen, not the worst. We did have concerns that a back access that was supposed to be room key protected was broken and was opening without the use of a key, That felt very unsafe. The hot tub was not hot, the pool was not heated.When we asked about the temperature being adjusted, we were told……

“I booked a king bed suite using Expedia.com; at the time of booking, I did not see anywhere in the correspondence that in addition to the $272 nightly room charge, I learned (after already paying the $272) at check-in that I was also responsible for an additional $50 deposit for incidentals. Essentially, I had no choice but to pay it or lose the $272 I had already applied for my reservation.
