"Great house in a fantastic location. We stayed in January and ice fished on Smith's Bay. Was a little tricky getting fishing gear down to the ice, but we managed. House had plenty of room for us and I liked the radiant heat. Easy walking distance from good restaurants and gas station for supplies. Would definitely stay again. One word of caution: the toilets do not flush well and we dealt with pretty regular plunging. "
