“The staff was friendly. The lobby bartenders were great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was decent size, and appropriate for the number of rooms. The hotel was in a great location! You could walk to the beach or to 5th avenue where many of the restaurants are. You could also walk to the ferry terminal to go to Cozumel. For the price paid, the property had great value and we would definitely visit again. The property isn't all inclusive for everyone and you have to opt in to a certain……

“The best experience for kids ever, highly recommend it, at the beginning you need to get to know the facility and the stuff are very helpful, food is the best , many many activities specially for kids, rooms and room services are above and beyond , very clean , very attractive and beautiful, pool water cleaner than ozarka water, I am traveler and have been in many places around the world, this one is from my top list for families with kids 1-15 , yes its expensive little bit but worth every……
