“Unico is the most incredible all inclusive resort I have ever been too. From the service, the food, the attention to detail... It was all perfect. My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and we were blown away at house attentive everyone was and how caring and friendly they were. They acknowledged our honeymoon almost everywhere we went and did some special things in our room for us as well. They were always making sure our stay was perfect and offered to fix anything we needed to make sure……

“We loved our stay but we did have dirty towels and bed sheets, they did replace them once we asked but other then that it was excellent the hotel wasn’t busy and it was claim especially from 7 pools to pick from. The ocean water was not that great very brown water and lots of seaweed by the beach it did seem to be clearer ”

“Second time visiting this resort and it did not disappoint. The staff was very attentive and positive. Shout out to Fernando, the waiter at Helios dinner who went above and beyond. Andres and Alessandra did a great job leading the resort activities. And Fernanda the expedia ambassador made the birthday celebration feel extra special and did a great job checking up on us during the stay. “The resort is very nice, huge area with big pools, very nice kids water park, my kids had a lot of fun there. Very nice and clean hotel, not only hotel the whole territory was always clean. The only thing I didn’t like is a food, the hotel should have more food available for smaller kids, more steamed vegetables, some soft meat for kids, mashed potatoes. But in general our vacation was very good, we enjoyed out stay there, ”
