“Check in was horrible, the guys was rude didn’t let us know the entry way to the hotel because he said he was too busy, the room had clothes I guess from previous guests, the guy that helps with the luggage was rude my daughter had to ask him to help us. Locations is great but this time the service was horrible”

“We had a series of unfortunate events: our electricity went completely out in our rooms. We had electricity twice during the day for 15 minutes each time. We had no way to watch TV, turn the air on or charge our phones. I understand things can happen but management did not attempt at anytime to compensate us for our inconveniences. They finally moved us to another room at 9:30pm but the new rooms had no internet. We went back to our original rooms.the next day once the problem was resolved.……
