"I stayed at this resort for 5 nights, and overall, I had a great experience. I’d give it a 9/10. The property is beautiful, there’s plenty to do, and it’s a great place to take pictures for Instagram. You can even swim with dolphins and get discounts on the photos. The staff was also great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and willing to listen. Good customer service definitely makes a difference! However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the shuttle buses stop running after 11 PM. If you come back late from an excursion or leave the nightclub, you might have to walk 15–25 minutes to get to your room. They really should provide transportation later at night. Second, I wouldn’t bother making reservations at the specialty restaurants. I tried the Mexican restaurant and the steakhouse, and honestly, neither impressed me. The restaurants weren’t even that busy, so I don’t understand why reservations are necessary. There’s also no AC, making it really hot inside. At the steakhouse, I even got cold grilled corn. Seriously, what’s the point of grilled corn if it’s served cold? I’d recommend sticking to the buffet instead. They have different cuisines every night, including Asian, Mexican, and Italian, so there’s plenty of variety. As for the shows, Fantasia and the Michael Jackson show were my favorites. The others were just okay. Just be prepared for the heat because the venues have no AC or fans."

"Our trip got better once we changed rooms due to the first room being so damp the bedding and walls were wet. Other than that we had a wonderful trip !"

"Despite spending our first night in a room with dbl beds our reservation was fulfilled when the next day we were given the king bed as booked. Food was ehh most days for me (personally) in the buffet breakfast being my favorite, my husband enjoyed the buffet most of his visits. Striker Sports bar we found better food than captain Morgan’s. Grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed the caribe Caribbean restaurant and Kyoto Japanese. Bed was a bit firm for our taste but overall enjoyed our stay. Liked the proximity to the mall and strikers sports lounge. Saw the Michael and Madonna shows both casts did a great job. We really like the water features all over the property."

"Overall, the property was good, and the rooms surrounded by the jungle were amazing. I did notice a few things that could be improved. In the restroom, there were small insects that looked like roaches hiding between the tiles. There were also many mosquitoes and other insects around the paths to the rooms, and we were bitten by something other than mosquitoes. I understand that insects are part of the local environment, but better pest control and attention to the walkways would make getting to the rooms more comfortable. The food was okay, but the buffet options were limited and seemed to repeat in different locations each day. Only a few dishes had much flavor. Also, only one pool was open during our stay because the other was under construction. I’d be interested in returning once the second pool is repaired and giving the property another try."
