“We enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is good, the room is spacious, cozy and with a lovely sea-view.The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment/ surrounding is nice. We tried the restaurant ~ Safran at night, the food and environment is quite good. But if you decided to walk to the hotel fm train station, remember to follow the blue line on the ground to the left, you can access to the lift easily. Besides, there are around tens steps to get access to the lobby fm the main door,……

“Our concern has to be raised regarding our stay on 23 June 2026, during which we booked two Superior Rooms (317 and 319) and one Standard Room (310) for a group of 6 travellers. Despite paying 16% more for the Superior category, both Superior Rooms were smaller than the Standard Room and had poor views facing the opposite building’s wall.

“Take bus #204 from the train station for only few mins.Speedy check in with friendly staff. Facilities with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet is only breads and pastries without hot foods is a bit disappointed. Overall service is excellent.”

“Room cleanup still need to improve. Toilet bowl can still smell urine. ”

“During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot. ”
