“This is a lovely little Band B. Carla our host didn’t speak any English but she went out of her way to please us. It is basic but it met our needs for a fantastic price. Clean and comfortable bed. Big breakfast of pastries, you hurt and fruit. We chose it because it offered parking and was in close proximity toMarmore falls. ”

“Sarah was very kind, offered us a drink as soon as we arrived. Because Expedia made a mistake, they gave us a bedroom with only one bed, but we booked a room with separate beds. Sarah immediately resolved our problem perfectly to our satisfaction. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. ”

“Stanza e bagno molto grandi e puliti, letto matrimoniale comodissimo e possibilita' anche di una piccola colazione con caffe' e prodotti messi a disposizione presso la sala comune. Unica pecca, a mio avviso, il parcheggio in strada dove non sempre si riesce a trovare posti liberi nelle vivcinanze della struttura. Buono comunque il giudizio complessivo. ”

“Esperienza positivissima, ci ha accolto il signore della Villa estremamente cordiale e servizievole. La Villa è molto curata e pulita, la camera doppia stupenda, dotata di tutti i comfort e bagno ottimo. La colazione fantastica con il signore gentilissimo che ci ha offerto cornetti e dolci tipici umbri: ci ha accolto davvero bene. Il signore ci ha anche fatto carico di consigli sui luoghi da vedere nelle vicinanze. Da tornarci assolutamente. ”

“Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht über die römischen Hügel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. Danke für die schönen Tage.”

“We had a lovely stay, it was so peaceful at the accommodation but within driving distance of so many amazing towns. We did an amazing drive to Orvietto through the countryside and passed an amazing lake. We also enjoyed Marmore waterfalls and Lake Piediluco, a stunning village with boats and even a beach with deckchairs. Communication with the hosts was all on what’s app which made life very easy.”
