“When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view. “The unit felt even more spacious than the photos. Open layout with smart furniture placement, so it never felt cramped even with our whole group. “As we moved to check in the host sent a set of terms saying that because and at the time of booking the terms were in effect. One of the terms said they can enter the room for any reason. Another said at their discretion they can ask anyone to leave the property. They stated there is a host on site, we only saw security. The directed us to the gym to find a mailbox with the key in it. It was all very strange. We looked at the room and decided to leave. We left the key at the front desk……
