「This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. 「When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view.
