「Staff great. I found 57 things in 2 days as a business expert that I would fix. We didnt like the fact no screens in bathroom vent and we watched flying things come in there during shower especially bees! ALOT fixes FROZEN cheese on nachos wasnt good either they microwaved 2 times after asking and finally was warm ONLY.. FELL on wet slick tile multi million dollar lawsuit in America. Owner ignored me i asked to speak with never did in 2 days. 」

「根本酒店內沒有太多客人！第一次帶我去的放是行到最尾房！房內沒有窗，床邊三面貼牆，一部分體式冷氣機，很焗！服務員帶我到另一個房，有窗但打不開的全房的裝修很舊，廁所很污糟，廁紙找了很久也找不到，原來在洗手盆下面，只有一個窗口式冷氣機直射床邊！oh my god😫比之前韓國酒店還要差！幸好，我今次是來工作，只住一天！以後不會訂」

「Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

「This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡」

「The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again.」
