"Good ambience, expensive buffet looked delicious, close to MOA, quiet though small room, nice shower but BYO wash cloth. Bellman very late for checkout. Shuttle pickup never showed, so we took Uber."

"The staff was very accommodating and kind during our stay. I requested an early check-in because my mom had just undergone surgery, and although check-in was officially at 2 PM, they allowed us to check in at 1:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. However, when we entered the room, the AC was not working. Maintenance came to try and fix it but unfortunately couldn’t, so we had to wait around 30 minutes before being transferred to another room. My mom was already very exhausted from her recent surgery, so the extra waiting and moving rooms was difficult for her. The next day, housekeeping cleaned in the afternoon, but the service felt incomplete. Some trash was left behind, and the room did not seem fully serviced as expected. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s effort and kindness, especially with accommodating our situation, but there is definitely room for improvement with room maintenance and housekeeping services."

"First and foremost, I do love Heritage Hotel Manila. I recommend it a lot with my friends and families, but this time around I just have a few mishaps that can be improved: 1. I know that the Hotel is quite old. As a solo traveller this time around for at least two nights, I wish I requested a room closer to the elevator - mine was near the end of the third floor hallway, I was so scared. Especially at night time - the halls are dimly lit. 2. While I was napping midday, the staff rang the doorbell unexpectedly, because they think that I should have been checked out that day, even though my booking was still good for one more night. Another anxiety inducing event. After that I am on guard mode the whole time, so hard to get a good night sleep. I wish they could call on the phone first before showing up unannounced. Also, I wonder if I was not in the room, would they have just charged me? With all that said, I would still come back due to airport proximity and the free shuttle to MOA. I will just make sure that I am with someone and not as a solo traveller. Overall, staff are lovely and accomodating."
