The property, the room, the staff were all great. Unfortunately, someone in one of the rooms next to us disregarded the hotel rules about being quiet between 10pm and 9am. Some guy @ 1:30am was talking VERY loud and obnoxious. He went for 20 minutes till had to call the front desk and ask them to come up and locate the guy and ask him to be quiet. It was the room right next to us. It was quiet until 3:20 when we heard a woman loudly saying in fear, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" We both jumped out of bed not knowing what was happening next door. Two minutes passed and we heard nothing. I have to believe other guests heard this woman also. We couldn't back to sleep for an hour after that, we were so shook up. It was a miserable night.
We did tell the front desk staff about it the next morning and how disappointed we were. She said we could have changed rooms but who wants to go to another room at 3:30 in the morning? The front desk person said they would watch the video to see any activity on our floor or near our room and let us know. We asked about getting a reduction in our bill for all the inconvenience. She said the hotel would contact us but we had to go through Expedia to lodge a complaint since we booked through your company. Still would like a credit or a refund after a bad experience.
