Beautiful hotel in a great location with ocean views. The property was spotless and had a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely visit again if I have the opportunity!

PROS: We had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The property itself is stunning, and the facilities are equally impressive. The location is excellent, and the landscape is serene and almost divine—it truly feels like a hidden paradise. CONS: Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the level of the property. The meals were subpar—calling them that is generous, especially considering the prices. The wait time for food was also difficult to understand given the relatively low number of guests in the restaurant. For example, breakfast for two—just eggs, coffee, and juice—came to $65 before tip, which feels excessive by any standard. We live year-round in a resort island community in the United States, so we have a fair basis for comparison. It’s also worth noting that in Roatán, tips and taxes are generally not included in menu prices, so be prepared for that. At dinner, we paid $159 for one main course, one salad, and two drinks. After a 45-minute wait, the salad arrived without dressing. My wife was so hungry she ate it anyway. After that experience, we began exploring other restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend Azure, which offers true fine dining and is well worth the 45-minute drive from Arca. This property has all the potential to become a five-star resort—it simply needs the food and service to rise to the same level as the setting.

The beach was nice. The staff was friendly. Food was reasonably priced. We stated an ocean front room on the first floor. It was small, but all we needed. It was short steps from the ocean. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Arca was a perfect stay! The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful the second we arrived. The property was well kept, and our room was clean and comfortable. The views are exceptional even from our room which was a "partial sea view". We had a flight delay issue and had to extend our stay, and the hotel was very accommodating. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and would absolutely stay there again!

Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. But most all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Overall this is one of our all-time favorite hotels, and we recommend it without reservation.

The basic room has a few set backs: no full-length mirror, no full-length closet to hang dresses, no chair in the bedroom. What makes Arca so great is it’s staff!

Wonderful property! Right on the beach so you're just steps from the water and activities that Roatan has to offer, but Arca was a calm oasis when you needed a place to relax. On our vacation we met several people who were staying at various hotels across the island and all of them said they wish they had booked a room at the Arca.

Hello Arca. It was our first experience at Arca Roatan. It should not be the last. We really appreciated the calm, cleanliness and mostly, the quality of the service. Food is good, bed comfortable (although, you could offer down pillows, high end hotels do that), ideally located, clean and personnel is helpful and smiling. We loved it. We give you 9/10. We’d give you 10 but the complete absence of drawers and the extremely limited place in the wardrobe forced me to keep my stuff in my suitcase the whole week. I, of course, left the available space to my wife. Also, Roatan is a diving spot. We go there to dive, so if you could offer hangers, or secured storing places for our gears, it’d be great. In summary, great place you have there. Keep it up

Classiest place to stay on West Bay. Exceptional modern rooms - including a heavenly outdoor shower. Delicious cocktails and food. An oasis of calm natural beauty amidst a rowdy beach environment. Arca was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at! It was right on the beach, so beautiful, and they kept it so clean! Even the sand right in front of the hotel! Their restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever had! I would come back just for the food! Everyone was so nice at the Hotel, I loved them all! I was so sad to leave! Everyone walking on the beach would always stop in front of our hotel to look at it! Cause it was the best one!:) I would give this hotel more stars if I could!!

Amazing property, great service, delicious food. We arrange Arca to have a driver pick us up at the airport. The driver waited 2 hours for us because customs was super backed up, luckily the driver had cold beer and water waiting for us. We liked the driver (James) so much we did an 8 hour island tour. Went to AJ sloth & monkey sanctuary, went on a amazing mangrove tour, our driver James called ahead of time and the captain or the panga boat was waiting for us in the parking lot. We got some amazing pictures with the help of James. As for Arca boutique hotel we had such an amazing stay we changed plans and extended by 6 more nights. We did pay for a beach front room and was blown away from the beauty of the room. Currently hearing the waves now and its a dream come true. The Bar has 5pm free a free glass of champagne everyday at 5pm. And every they have a food and 2X1 special every. After just a day or so the staff already feels like family. We truly feel vip staying here.
