Welcome to Sea Cloud, a new, fresh and captivating ocean view (Boho-Modern) villa located in one of the most exclusive areas of Roatan. Surrounded by vegetation with 180 views of the Caribbean Ocean, enjoy exclusive access to a sandy beach and private dock (5 min walk) with Clearwater Adventures Dive Shop as our neighbor. World class snorkeling and dive sites feet from our dock! Easy, 15 minute walk to West Bay and West End.

Overlooking Caribbean Sea, there are cooling breezes and stunning views. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the large screened in porch over looking the private, saltwater pool. Air-conditioned, wireless internet, a laundry room, full kitchen, tons of seating, open kitchen/living/dining, great spaces for entertaining, and sleeps 8 (while also cozy enough for just 2 or 4 guests). The top-floor master suite loft has a large king size bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. The room opens into a balcony with chairs over looking the Caribbean Ocean. Appliances, mattresses (memory foam) and furniture are all imported from the US, to ensure quality and comfort. This place has everything for a perfect holiday!

Great home near quiet beach

Listing just as advertised. Manny was excellent with communication and very accommodating. The house has two bedrooms and a loft space with three more beds. The AC worked well and it is a lovely hillside location with great breezes. Screened in porch was our favorite. The plunge pool was small but clean and deep and a great place from which to view the stars. This home is near a great scuba/snorkel outfit and you can water taxi to West Bay or West End. Snorkeling to reef is a bit far off shore from this spot. It is also up a fairly steep hill so if you are physically impaired, this may not be the home for you but for most people the walk is totally fine. We loved staying in a quiet and more residential area in comfortable home. Very peaceful! Thanks Manny!!

We had a marvelous time at the sea cloud house, it was close to everything that you could possibly want to do. Manny and his wife were also so nice and were prompt when I needed something. If I ever go back to Roatan, I will definitely stay here!!!

Unique, modern and ultra cool house

We loved this house. I was just two of us but it could actually sleep 9 people. The upstairs is a huge loft with king bed and space for two more is a separate area. Bright, quiet, minimalist look and clean. Loved the pool. Short walk to the beach and can see the water from deck.

Amazing Experience

The house is outstanding. A new construction with all the comforts of home, including air-conditioning. West facing to watch the amazing sunsets from the second story deck. You get the true vacation feel watching the sun disappear into the water. The pool was a perfect end to each day. The property is in a perfect location between West Bay and West End, both within walking distance or a short water taxi ride. It is also two blocks from a great dive shop (Clearwater), making it easy to walk over and jump on the boat for incredible diving and a very personal feel. Walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. Local fish truck comes right by the house every other day! Can’t wait to come back to this amazing Roatan home!!
