Very secure and quite easy to get around Only thing the beach was not swimmable but that was okay with seen I was all around the island other than that it was an excellent experience. Bring a lot of bugs pray sand fleas and moquitos a a pain in the booty

It was a very nice place, but needed a few things fixed. The dryer was not working when we arrived. There was a few lights that were out abd had to be repaired. Could have been cleaner, but we had a good time.

Super thin walls all nature sounds come through. Dusty, no a/c in the kitchen or living areas, poor lighting making it almost dangerous to cook a meal after dark. No access to public transportation or even a taxi, the hostess will milk you dry for a ride, I'm talking $40-60 for a ten minute drive. There's only one restaurant to eat at and they are not cheap. When we arrived everything but the fridge was unplugged and off the house was sooooo hot, there was a heatwave and the hostess didn't bother to at least turn on the AC in the rooms or put water in the fridge before our arrival. Needless to say, the stay was our worse experience, my kids couldn't sleep because they got itchy every time they laid in the beds. I suspect the house was unoccupied a while before we got there and the beds we're not changed , because I didn't see bugs on the beds but who knows.

The house is nice, fully equipped. Host was friendly and efficient. Close enough to the city. The beach was not swimmable, was not happy about it we were looking forward to it. So we had to drive to other beaches and spend more money. The burning of the trash they do at night was horrible. The smoke will come in the house every night. The house only has wooden blinds and screen….they do not close. They are in bad shape so they don’t shut correctly. It was hot and full of smoke! Only the rooms have a small AC that barely cools due to the window. The last night I had to leave in the middle of the night to get another hotel due to the heat and smoke. Very inconvenient!! Spent more money!!! Will never stay there again! The heat and smoke is very unsafe!
