“The place is very clean, the room is cleaned daily unless you prefer privacy. The air conditioning helped keep cool during the middle of the day, and bottled water (5 gallon dispensers) is provided everywhere (including 1/2 gallon bottled water in the room). Sheets and bed fixtures are high quality.
Now the staff is the highlight of the Mayan Princess. They are all adorned in crisp clean uniforms, welcome you each day, and are extremely professional. each member went above and beyond to……

“We were upgrade to an Owners Suite, but it didn’t have an ocean view, but the extra amenities were worth it. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach was gorgeous. Staff were top notch. Lounge chair views were obstructed by beach vendors on one end, but we always seemed to get a lounger with unobstructed view. Afternoon snacks and Champagne were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!”

“Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent! We would stay here again!”
