Rooms were clean but could use some touchup, wall air conditioners (we kept the 2 sliding glass doors open to cool down the room - it can get very windy since you are on the ocean. From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. This group really understands customer service and they made us feel so welcome.」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」
