Spacious and clean room. Cons: The view. DO NOT let the pictures of the property deceive you… Unless you are on the top floor, the view is not very good. Also, says there’s rooftop access but no way to get to the roof (door locked). The walls are thin inside the apartment. Layout was a bit bizarre. Advert……

“LOCATION was terrific - central and close to all our 'outings'. Downside was NOT being able to control the thermostat. And NO response to any of our efforts to contact the property manger(s).”

Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed. “Location, location, location. If seeing downtown is a primary reason for coming to Chicago, then its hard to beat this location. Literally everything is walkable. Views, views, views. Chicago is an architectural wonder and so many of those wonders are visible from the apartment. Great communication from the owners, we are fairly low maintenance, and didn't need to reach out for anything, but they give you all of the information you need. Having a full gym available is a huge plus. Centrally……
