「Rude. Rooms didn’t lock. I was moved 3 times. TVs didn’t work. Room looked like it was used right before I entered. Housekeeping was very very rude about leaving by 11」

「When we arrived at the room, the access code didn’t work, so I contacted the host. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a response, so I had to reach out to support. It took two hours to get a response, and they informed me that the access code had been changed. This was quite frustrating. Once I got in, the room was amazing. It felt like I was at home. 「Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly.
