Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, which made everything easy and stress-free. 「Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. 「Beautifully placed penthouse in the heart of it all. Everything was great! Had 1 concern (tv remote issue) and the host fixed the issue immediately. Beds comfy, nice furniture and all the accessories. The rooftop was the star of the show though! Kids loved it and the adults spent both nights after the kids went to bed talking under the city lights. Safe area and close to the train.」

「The property is right around the corner from the Chicago-Missisipi station of the Blue Line, an hour's ride from O' Hare. The unit was just large enough for two, had the appliances for cooking in but the room was dated, definitely could use freshening up.」
