“Beautiful old building and nice sized suites. Some aspects of unit required repair which should have been addressed prior to renting again. King bed was incredibly comfy. Several encounters of miscommunication would have me thinking twice about staying at a property without a staff representative on site, in the future.”

“The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in. The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair. Living area very nice. Lighting and perhaps table in living room should be updated. I would also add a couple of bar stools since there is not a……

“The room and property was very nice, No TV service at all. The tub was extremely slippery casing both my husband and I to slip, this is very dangerous. In addition, directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not very clear.”
