You can only speak with an AI bot who is programmed to help with most needs, which is nice for getting in and out of the hotel but that’s about it. This bot basically got us kicked out of our room after our request for late checkout didn’t go through, thus forcing us to wait in the unstaffed lobby for 6hrs to wait for our flight.
Hotel is good, customer service is not.」
