“We really enjoyed our stay at Cambridge Beaches Resort, but I wanted to share some advice about transportation that may help future visitors. If you’re planning to travel from the resort toward Horseshoe Bay Beach or Hamilton using the public bus, don’t rely on it as your only transportation. During busy times, the buses are often already full by the time they reach the resort, due to cruise ships and they may pass by without stopping because they have no room for additional passengers. “The hotel is excellently located if you want to walk into downtown Hamilton for a meal. The price was reasonable by Bermudan standards, but the hotel is showing its age a little bit. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.”

“The cabana king room was lovely, but generally, I did not think the service lived up to the Rosewood brand. The staff were all very friendly, but perhaps they were spread too thin? Examples: the staff in London never ask for our name (and room) as they learn them immediately. Not true here. More importantly, the service throughout was slow. I had to call twice for more bottles of water (they were too small) and waited 45 minutes to get them replenished in our room despite the room having earlier……
