Discounted Oasis! 5 Star-3 Bedroom Showstopping Duplex 4 Minutes to Mayo Clinic!
The house stunk of cigarette smoke and Marijuana when we arrived. It was not clean, and the host has been incredibly rude. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Newly remodeled "Beach" Themed home that is close to downtown and Mayo Clinic.
We have stayed at this location twice now. We cook a lot, and the kitchen is well equipped. I also appreciate their ceramic pots and pans over the typical old beat up Teflon you usually find in rentals. The house is nicely modernized, well appointed, clean and uncluttered.
