Luxury Loft in the Rochester Public Market!

Located in the Rochester Public Market, our 1500 sq. ft. third floor loft features 14' ceilings, wood floors, 14' stretch of windows overlooking the market, spacious, modern kitchen with top-notch appliances & cabinetry, adjacent bar and lounge area and newly remodeled bathroom! The living area homes a large screen television with comfy seating for all to enjoy. A queen bed and double bed (for those interested in more sleeping space) await you at the end of your day.
In the heart of ROC's Art District, close to East End. 24 hour security. Free parking. Your choice of five exceptional restaurants and bars are right down the stairs and within a two minute walk from your loft.
Loft is only accessible by stairs.
NO parties. NO smoking. $500 fine if house rules are broken.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted a local experience with options for restaurants and activities. We were there at the perfect time with events happening at the Public Market on Friday night and getting the chance to attend the market on Saturday before we checked out. Highly recommend this space. All of the tools for cooking meals and having a wonderful time! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful!
