“Clean. The room was cool. People friendly. Location was good. Excellent but always improvement. The rooms closed up like majority of hotels has no freshness like the entrance did, the elevators did, the halls did. The breakfast was what I expected, nice selection and good. The staff friendly, professional, showed care, asked questions, spoke first, greetings.”

“Property wasn't clean (sticky, wet floor in bathroom near tub; dirty mirror; crumbs on the chair in living room). There were no remotes for either TV. No hangers. No drain in bathroom sink. No ice cube trays to make ice. Minimal kitchen supplies. At least the fridge worked. The worst part was waking up to a major police presence in parking lot, with yellow police tape only 2 doors down from me (I was on 1st floor)! No one in office to check with. Just glad to get out of there.”

“The check-in staff lady was helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The parking was convenient, well lit. Our room was dreadful. There was a horrible smell, so terribly bad that we had to open the window for ventilation. The smell was what seemed to be animal urine. We were hesitant to stay in the room, over night, but had no other choice as we were in town for ECU graduation. Due to arriving late on that Thursday night, and given our schedule, we did not immediately go to the room to put our……
