Wonderful Condo

We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the ocean. This was a calming vacation spot for our 20th anniversary. Anyone who stays, bring strawberries because the squirrels enjoyed the tops!

We loved this little condo on the beach! The location couldn't have been better! We thought the two full sized bathrooms in a small one bedroom condo was kinda silly, until we both were wanting to use the bathroom at the same time lol. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo in Rockaway Beach!!! I think the only downfall was the early check out time.

Great place for a little get-away

Not directly on the beach from the patio like picture's show, sits on a cliff with not great beach access. Condo was perfect for what we needed and 3 people.

You can't get much closer to the beach.

We loved the view and the small balcony where there were very comfortable outdoors rocking chairs to sit and watch the waves. The kitchen is very compact but has everything we needed for a 3 night vacation. Having Direct TV is a plus as well.

Beautiful stay!

This home was fabulous! Beautiful ocean views, you can even see the rocks! Also, the train goes by right out front so we enjoyed watching it. Great location in town, close to shops and restaurants. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed and more! Will return if I ever find myself back on the Oregon coast.

Unbelievable spot right on the beach. Exactly as described. We celebrated our 50th anniversary here & it was so amazing. Perfect location for exploring the coast north & south. Quiet, well setup, comfy & cozy. Hope to be staying here again!

Great spot for visiting Rockaway Beach! Close to everything. Ocean view from balcony. Place was very clean and comfortable, especially with the fireplace. My only suggestion is to fix the kitchen drawers and replace the pull out sofa mattress.

Beautiful view for a much needed vacation

This rental was easy to find, clean, well stocked and had the most amazing view. Each night I was able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. I have medical issues that make walking hard, so the location of this rental gave me the opportunity to enjoy the ocean without having to scramble down to the beach. That being said, be away that you will walk up to short flights of stairs to get to the rental. I would stay here again.

Perfect for us…

Was a relaxing stay for sure! Had to call to have the battery in the door replaced but the property on site repairman was quick and friendly! I would recommend the lower screen door on the balcony, having the lower arm that allows the door to be propped open replaced, is rusted and doesn’t want to work well. But a very nice stay, thanks again!

Beach front condo… current construction being done

Right on the beach. Great view. Please note no central a/c we highly recommend management add at least a portable fan. Front entrance balcony has current construction going for what seems like some time. It was pretty off putting to drive up to and see. Wish we given notice in the ad. There was an old stale smell so we recommend an ozone generator to get rid of smell or change out all the sheets and linings. It was clean though and had a great view. The condo had plenty of amenities.
