This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath coastal condo is perfect for a family getaway to Rockaway Beach.

Guests will love the light and bright layout with plenty of nooks for curling up with a good beach read, the sleek fully equipped kitchen where preparing meals will be a breeze, and the dining table that seats 3 - perfect for gathering to plan the day's adventure.

Grab the kids and some kites and head down to the beach - just a block away, or enjoy a day of crabbing at Kelly's Brighton Marina, or step back in time and take a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad.

Kids can enjoy watching a show on the flatscreen TV in the twin bunk room while adults enjoy a glass of wine on the deck, or the whole family can head up to the loft and take turns looking for whale spouts with the telescope.

Ocean-kissed and sleepy, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of two comfortable bedrooms - a queen with TV and a twin bunk bed set with TV. The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub.

Rockaway Beach is known for seven miles of sandy beach, delicious restaurants serving local ingredients and fresh seafood, eclectic shops full of unique treasures, family-friendly annual festivals, stunning scenery and laid-back locals. This is a great house. Easy to get to the beach or wonder downtown. The house was extremely clean. I do wish in the instructions for check in it disclosed where the lock was located and as its just a loose key i do hope the owners would consider upgrading the lock to a keyless lock that just has you enter a code at the door. I will highly recommend this location and will rebook again.

Short Relaxing Vacation

I was quite pleased with the unit we stayed in...it was close to the beach, shopping and the train ride. It is updated, clen and very comfortable. I appreciate the ladies who helped me get into the unit..

The rental was a good location to the beach. However, it’s right across the street from a restaurant and the views of employees constantly smoking or vaping went on all day. We didn’t realize the unit did not have a washer or dryer but luckily there is a laundry mat right downstairs. We didn’t like they wouldn’t replenish paper towels and there were no basic cleaning supplies. There were also quite a few ants we noticed and there were quite a few when they found food my kids dropped. My kids loved the sand toys and the kites that were provided. They loved the bunk beds with their own lounge chair and tv. The space was excellent for a couple or small family. The upstairs was nice, but lounging up there to watch a movie is out of the question. The built in bench is very uncomfortable and not meant for long term use. I felt that was disappointing so the adults couldn’t really kick back and watch a movie. Overall, I’d say it was an average stay but we love Rockaway and the Oregon coast so it’s worth it.
